feelings stayed

I always wanted to be a writer, but I don't necessarily see myself as one. I've been writing all my life and it has always been fun to share it - particularly with people who want to read my work and also enjoy it. 

So that's why I'm here: because I hope you will enjoy reading my work.

Feelings Stayed is a collection of poetry... (sometimes it doesn't feel like poetry, so in an effort to drive away the imposter syndrome, I call it 'prosetry') ...it's a lot of feelings about a couple different boys/men and it expresses the experience of feeling all the feels alone and unreciprocatedly (that's a word, right?). I was driven to share it because I feel so invalid in those feelings and I want to give that lack of validity a voice.

Additionally — I love to rewrite fairy tales with a spin, I love building my own worlds, I make haiku out of zany Google reviews, and I hope to share some of that as well!
